Cube Trike Family Hybrid 750

The Cube Trike Family Hybrid 750 is a very unique and special offering. It’s a brand new concept born in conjunction with BMW.

The unique tilting mechanism de-couples the load at the rear from the bike at the front, giving a natural feel to cornering. No other e-trike offers this. Furthermore, it combines the easy handling of a ‘normal’ hybrid bike with the versatility of a load-carrying machine and the safety and stability of three wheels.

Totally Flexible, Versatile and Safe: Family or Cargo

The lightweight and tough box on the rear has a high back and sides to help protect your children. Also, a built-in rain cover lifts easily thanks to its own gas strut. You can easily stow away the seating and safety harnesses are quickly and easily if you want to carry a cargo load instead. Ingeniously, there’s a storage compartment in the main frame, and the option to fit a front rack.

The flexible “ONE SIZE CONCEPT” makes one bike so versatile that it can be used by any number of people, irrespective of their height. Everyone can enjoy a comfortable ride courtesy of the upright riding position and step-through frame.

The saddle and stem easily adjust up or down to suit any rider from around 5ft 2in to 6ft 2in (1.60m to 1.90m). The “ONE SIZE CONCEPT” is a universal platform that’s ideal to share between the whole family, partners, friends, neighbours and colleagues alike. Or keep it for yourself as the perfect companion for wherever life takes you. One bike, flexible for all!

The Satori Sorata 280mm – 440mm telescoping seatpost easily adjusts for all rider sizes. Super efficient Tektro brakes sport a parking lock feature for even greater reassurance and safety. A fine pair of Suntour Mobie Cargo air forks ensure smooth and even travel. In addition, strong front and rear lighting ensures visibility at all times.

Enviolo 380 Stepless Hub

The Cube Trike Family Hybrid 750 boasts the wonderful Enviolo (formerly known as NuVinci) 380 seamless hub gear for easy, simple and endless gear options. It offers a comfortable 380% ratio range can shift under heavy loads.

Bosch’s clever Smart System provides connectivity for the LED Controller and Kiox 300 colour display.

How do I measure my height?

With your shoes off, stand upright against a wall, with your shoulders back and legs together. Use a pencil to make a small mark on the wall above your head (make sure you hold the pencil parallel to the floor). Then measure from the floor to your mark, in centimetres or feet and inches.

How do I measure my inside leg length?

With your shoes off, stand upright with your back against a wall. Place a book/ruler between your legs, level with your crotch. Then measure from the floor to the top of the book/ruler, in centimetres or feet and inches (it’s easier if a friend helps).

Q & A

Do all brands of ebike use the same unit of measurement?

No. Most brands show sizing in centimetres, however some use a S/M/L system, and others use inches. The table above includes all of these variations to help you find the right size.

Which size should I go for if I'm in between those listed?

If your measurements suggest that you have a choice of two different sizes, then in the end it’s a personal choice. Here are some rules of thumb to consider: Touring/Trekking ebikes - choose the smaller size. It is possible to make a smaller frame bigger (for example, by raising the saddle or fitting a longer the stem), whereas if the frame itself is too big for you, it’s likely to be less comfortable and won't feel right. eMTBs - choose the larger size. You’ll find an eMTB with a slightly larger frame easier to handle than one that feels cramped. You can always fit a shorter stem if necessary to reduce the reach to the handlebars.

How are ebike frame sizes measured?

An electric bike’s frame size is calculated by measuring the distance from the top of the seat tube (where the seat post inserts), to the centre of the front chainring. Sizing Guide
