Simple and Elegant

At the same time, a set of Schwalbe puncture resistant tyres further add to the enjoyment and ease of riding. The centre-mounted Bosch design ensures a lower centre of gravity, resulting in a stable and reliable ride every time. Its Bosch Performance motor delivers at a peak of 75Nm and is particularly able at overcoming steep hills.

The Smart System from Bosch allows the colour lit Kiox 300 display to sit nicely on the centre of the bars.

Fitted with Shimano’s ultra reliable Deore 10-speed derailleur, the Ultimate provides clean and precise shifting. Shimano 2-piston high performance hydraulic disc brakes provide safe and effective stopping power at all times. A handy frame lock is pinned on the rear stays. It’s a quick and useful way of immobilising the bike. Also, the lock key is identical to the battery key for ease of use.

How do I measure my height?

With your shoes off, stand upright against a wall, with your shoulders back and legs together. Use a pencil to make a small mark on the wall above your head (make sure you hold the pencil parallel to the floor). Then measure from the floor to your mark, in centimetres or feet and inches.

How do I measure my inside leg length?

With your shoes off, stand upright with your back against a wall. Place a book/ruler between your legs, level with your crotch. Then measure from the floor to the top of the book/ruler, in centimetres or feet and inches (it’s easier if a friend helps).

Q & A

Do all brands of ebike use the same unit of measurement?

No. Most brands show sizing in centimetres, however some use a S/M/L system, and others use inches. The table above includes all of these variations to help you find the right size.

Which size should I go for if I'm in between those listed?

If your measurements suggest that you have a choice of two different sizes, then in the end it’s a personal choice. Here are some rules of thumb to consider: Touring/Trekking ebikes - choose the smaller size. It is possible to make a smaller frame bigger (for example, by raising the saddle or fitting a longer the stem), whereas if the frame itself is too big for you, it’s likely to be less comfortable and won't feel right. eMTBs - choose the larger size. You’ll find an eMTB with a slightly larger frame easier to handle than one that feels cramped. You can always fit a shorter stem if necessary to reduce the reach to the handlebars.

How are ebike frame sizes measured?
