The managing directors of Riese Muller see their new headquarters in Mühltal as the realisation of a dream. They recently invited all employees to a special gathering with Heiko Müller acting as head of ceremonies. The new workplace in Mühltal “is much nicer, brighter and just really great“, enthused Torsten Gerhard from the wheel building department.
Riese Muller continue to drive forward, from strength to strength, focusing heavily on ebikes with plans for a brand new HQ!
They continue to maintain the momentum of developing some of the finest ebikes in the world, there’s no doubt of that. Their designs are unique and groundbreaking. Not the cheapest ebikes on the market, however Riese Muller ARE the classiest in our opinion. The build quality is superb as is their attention to detail. Well known for dual-battery and strong performance, they really are at the top of their game. Their Supercharger range has been a HUGE success!

CEO Markus Riese and Heiko Müller talked about a “big step in the company’s history” for the bicycle manufacturer at its new location in Nieder-Ramstadt (a district of Mühlta) with about 600 employees and guests in attendance.
The new headquarters comprises of more than 1,000 prefabricated parts from which the building in the new business park (Nieder-Ramstädter Gewerbepark Ruckelshausen) was assembled.
Only eleven months passed between the groundbreaking ceremony and completion. With an area of 22,000 square meters, Riese Muller will have the largest company headquarters in the business park.
The site on which the imposing building stands is 40,000 square meters. “There will be some bicycle parking lots with charging stations,” said Heiko Müller on a tour of the three-storey carcass. While visitor groups were given insights into the future departments, the rest of the guests enjoyed refreshments including ice cream and drinks in the future production hall.
Managing Directors Heiko Müller and Markus Riese recalled their humble beginnings when they started developing and building bikes around 30 years ago as students in their parents’ garage. Today, they run a business whose revenue has significantly increased to say the least. They’ve come a long way….and built a highly prestigious and well respected brand.
Well played Sirs!
